Ras Al Khaimah Port offers one of the most comprehensive and flexible range of services of any port in the Middle East. It has been a strong contributor to the economic growth of Ras Al Khaimah, and maintained its position as an ideal global hub for commerce and tourism.

The port is equipped with purpose-built warehouses and cold storage facilities of 28,000 square meters, as well as open storage areas of 60,000 square meters. Incorporating a Free Zone area with direct waterfront access, it is the first choice for partnership in all types of industrial businesses and a great example of modern maritime diversity. It also has the facility to handle traditional dhows.

In addition, the port is dedicated to the burgeoning tourism industry in the Northern UAE.  Well located in the capital center, the port houses a brand new, state-of-the-art cruise terminal in close proximity to hotels, shopping malls and the historical Old Town. The terminal features modern and passenger-friendly amenities and services that can provide efficient and smooth clearance. It is capable of receiving boutique cruise vessels of up to 214 meters.

Blessed with abundant natural resources, Ras Al Khaimah is a principal exporter of construction materials to the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and Middle Eastern & Northern Africa (MENA) region. The port enjoys a strategic location at the entrance of the Arabian Gulf where 35% of the world’s seaborne oil passes through.
